Top Gun Events, along with our facility partners, makes all reasonable efforts to play our tournaments to completion. On occasion, circumstances beyond our control may cause an event to be called off before its completion.

In the event of such circumstances, the below refund policy applies:

4 Game Guarantee

  • 0 Games Played: Full refund less administrative fee
  • 1 Game Played: 50% Refund
  • 2 Games Played: 25% Refund
  • 3 Games Played: No Refund

5 Game Guarantee

  • 0 Games Played: Full refund less administrative fee
  • 1 Game Played: 60% Refund 
  • 2 Games Played: 40% Refund  
  • 3 Games Played: 20% Refund  
  • 4 Games Played: No Refund

6 Game Guarantee

  • 0 Games Played: Full refund less administrative fee
  • 1 Game Played: 60% Refund 
  • 2 Games Played: 40% Refund  
  • 3 Games Played: 20% Refund  
  • 4 Games Played: No Refund

7 Game Guarantee

  • 0 Games Played: Full refund less administrative fee
  • 1 Game Played: 75% Refund
  • 2 Games Played: 60% Refund
  • 3 Games Played: 40% Refund
  • 4 Games Played: 20% Refund
  • 5 Games Played: No Refund

Administrative Fee: 

  • Non-Premium: 15%
  • Premium: 18.5%
  • Admin Fee: The admin fee is for upfront cost that incur prior to the event taking place. Examples: Scheduling, field rental, awards, insurance etc. 

Examples of Premium Events: Top Gun Invitational, National Championship events, and others identified by our organization.

Withdrawing from a Paid Event:

  • If your team pays for an event and voluntarily withdraws from the event before the payment deadline, a refund will be issued for the entry fee amount, less an administrative fee (15% for non-premium events, 18.5% for premium events).
  • If your team pays for an event and voluntarily withdraws from the event after the payment deadline, no refund will be issued.
